Abstract

|
After the discovery of the penicillin, the incidence of syphilis has been less common, but there is increasing current incidence of all types of veneral disease. Syphilis of the palatine tonsil may rarely occur in the course of syphilis. The possibility of this condition must be kept in mind always in lesions of the mouth like this report.
Recently authors have experienced two cases of syphilis of the palatine tonsil, which were treated with Benzathine Penicillin G only.
So the cases were reported With a brief review of literature.
